1. Who we are

This website (https://easyhomemortgage.ae) is operated by Easy Home Mortgage L.L.C, trading as Easyhome Mortgage, licensed by the Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) under trade licence number 1589737 (commercial register no. 2786739), with its office at Ground Floor, Office No. 1, Montana Building, Al Karama, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (registered address: Office 305-427, Khalid Abdulrahim Shaaban Building, Al Garhoud, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates).

We are a mortgage adviser, not a lender. We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy, which explains how we handle it in line with the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and other applicable laws.

2. What we collect

We only collect what you choose to give us, or what your browser sends automatically:

• Eligibility check: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, monthly income and property budget.
• Contact form: your name, email, phone number (optional), the topic and your message.
• Job applications: your name, email, phone, LinkedIn profile, CV and any message you include.
• Easyhome AI assistant: the questions you type and the answers generated. Please don’t enter sensitive details such as your Emirates ID, passport or account numbers.
• Broker affiliate portal: account details you provide and the client referrals you submit.
• Technical data: your IP address and basic request information, used to keep the site secure and to limit abuse of our forms.

When you go on to apply for a mortgage with us, we will ask for further documents (such as identification and income evidence). We handle those under this policy and will explain what is needed at the time.

3. How we use your data

• To respond to your enquiry and contact you about your mortgage options.
• To assess which banks and products may suit you, and to prepare applications you ask us to make.
• To consider job applications.
• To answer your questions through the AI assistant.
• To keep the website secure, prevent spam and fraud, and meet our legal obligations.

4. Our legal basis

We process your data because you have asked us to take steps before entering into an agreement with you (such as assessing your eligibility), with your consent (which you can withdraw at any time), to comply with our legal obligations, or where it is necessary for our legitimate interests in running a secure business, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights.

5. Who we share it with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only where needed:

• Banks and lenders: only when you ask us to approach them for a mortgage on your behalf.
• Property transaction parties: such as valuers and trustee offices, where needed to complete your purchase.
• Service providers: our email provider, which delivers form submissions to us, and our website hosting provider.
• AI provider: questions you type into Easyhome AI are sent to Anthropic, which generates the answers, under its commercial terms.
• Authorities: where we are required to by law.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers, including the AI provider, may process data outside the UAE. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards permitted under the PDPL, such as contractual protections, to keep your data protected.

7. How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, including any period required by law or regulation, and then delete or anonymise it. Job applications are kept only while we consider them, unless you agree to us keeping your details for future roles.

8. Cookies

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The broker affiliate portal uses a strictly necessary cookie to keep partners signed in, and your browser may store preferences locally to make the site work. If we introduce analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where required.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access and protections against automated abuse of our forms. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents through the website’s general forms.

10. Your rights

Subject to the PDPL, you can ask us to:

• give you access to the personal data we hold about you;
• correct data that is inaccurate or incomplete;
• delete your data, or restrict how we use it;
• stop using your data, including for any marketing;
• transfer your data to another provider where applicable;
• withdraw consent you have given at any time.
