By using the website, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

2. Our role

Easyhome Mortgage is a mortgage adviser, not a lender. We help you compare and apply for mortgages offered by banks and financial institutions. Every mortgage is subject to the lending bank’s eligibility criteria, valuation and approval, and the final terms are set by the bank. Using this website does not create an advisory relationship; that begins only when we agree it with you directly.

3. Information on this website

Content on this site, including rates, limits, fees, timelines and calculator results, is general and indicative only. It is not financial, legal or tax advice and may not reflect your circumstances or the latest bank or regulatory changes. Please speak to an adviser before making a decision.

4. Easyhome AI assistant

Easyhome AI generates answers automatically and can make mistakes. Its answers are general information, not advice, and must not be relied on as a quote, an offer or an approval. Don’t enter sensitive personal information into it. Questions you type are processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Using the website

When you use the site, you agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or someone else’s information;
• try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its systems or other users’ data;
• send spam or use automated tools to submit forms or overload the site;

6. Broker affiliate partners

Partners using the affiliate portal must keep their login details secure and only refer clients who have agreed to be contacted. Any commission arrangements are governed by a separate agreement with Easyhome Mortgage.

The website’s content, design and branding belong to us or our licensors. Bank names and logos belong to their respective owners and are shown to identify banks whose products we can help you compare.
